It is very hard to isolate to one favourite part as it's simply an amazing house throughout. Our Favourite room is however the living room with the double void ceiling. We love sitting there with a glass of red by the fireplace just relaxing. Our favourite detail is the polished concrete floors which are simply stunning, and we spend many hours staring out the full size rumpus window overlooking the pool watching the kids play/swim and having the time of their lives. 

Michael was great at communicating. If there was an issue that arose it was never an issue to figure out a solution. We wanted to use aluminium timber battens at the rear of the house instead of wooden battens. The builder hadn't used these before but was more than happy for us to proceed with them, and he did a great job. They look great. Also the alfresco area needed some tweaking and Michael's suggestions on orientation, bench tops and layout absolutely make it the most amazing entertaining area and probably the focal point of the house. its certainly changed the way we live our lives and entertain as everything now resolves around the alfresco area.

 Michael always listened to our questions/requests and responded promptly. He always offered valuable advice and solutions throughout our whole build which made the entire experience something we look back on with happy memories.
